When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, who you are (athlete, parent or guardian, club or coach), the service you’re interested in and your message. We ask you not to include health or medical information.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry and discuss working together. We never sell your information.

Under-18s

We do not knowingly collect enquiries directly from anyone under 18. Enquiries for junior athletes should come from a parent or guardian.

Storage and your rights

Your details are stored securely and kept only as long as needed. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us via the enquiry form or Instagram.

Third parties

Booking a call uses Calendly, which has its own privacy policy.
