Quietly Elite Mindset
The mind behind the performance.
Helping ambitious athletes develop the confidence, resilience and mental skills to perform at their best — in sport and in life.
You train your body. But are you training your mind?
You can spend years developing your physical ability, showing up to training and pushing your limits.
But what happens when competition nerves take over? When one mistake knocks your confidence? When you’re doing everything right physically, but mentally something isn’t clicking?
Your mind should be an asset to your performance, not your biggest opponent.
Quietly Elite Mindset exists to help athletes develop the mental skills to trust their preparation, navigate pressure and keep moving forward.
The philosophy
A winning mentality that serves sport and life.
Being a great athlete is about more than what happens on competition day.
It’s about how you prepare, how you respond to setbacks, how you manage pressure, and the relationship you build with yourself along the way.
Quietly Elite is about pursuing excellence without losing yourself in the process.

Built from experience. Delivered through coaching.
I’m Andrea — a former GB Taekwondo athlete, Commonwealth Games competitor, sports coach and trained life coach.
I’ve experienced the demands of competitive sport from the inside: the training, the ambition, the sacrifices, the pressure and the emotional highs and lows that come with chasing big goals.
Quietly Elite Mindset brings together my experience as an athlete and my work as a coach to help the next generation develop a healthier, stronger relationship with performance.
Your next level starts within.
