About Andrea
From competitor to coach.
I’ve lived the athlete experience. Now I’m using what I’ve learned to help the next generation.

My story
Sport was a huge part of my life growing up.
Taekwondo taught me discipline, commitment, resilience and what it means to pursue something with everything you’ve got.
I experienced the excitement of competition, the pressure of expectations and the reality of chasing results at a high level.
But looking back, one of the biggest things I’ve come to understand is that I knew how to train hard physically, yet I didn’t always know how to manage the pressure I was putting on myself mentally.
I cared so much about winning that sometimes the fear of not achieving the result got in the way of simply trusting the work I’d already done.
That’s one of the reasons Quietly Elite Mindset matters so much to me.
I want athletes to develop the mental skills, self-awareness and confidence that can help them navigate the challenges of sport — skills that will continue to serve them long after their competitive careers.
Today, I bring together my athletic background, sports coaching experience and professional life coaching training to support athletes in becoming more confident, resilient and self-aware.
Not just better performers, but people who know how to pursue ambitious goals without losing themselves in the process.

My philosophy
“I believe the best athletes aren’t necessarily the ones who never doubt themselves. They’re the ones who learn how to trust themselves, respond to challenges and keep showing up.”
